Our accredited learning equips your team with the skills to lead inclusively, saving you time by tailoring delivery for maximum impact. With 12 sessions across Introduction, Foundation, and Advanced levels, we meet you wherever you are on your LGBTQ+ diversity and inclusion journey. We are also CPD accredited so you and your colleagues can earn CPD credits while transforming your workplace culture.
All our insights training feature industry research and data points, real-life stories, and interactive engagement with participants throughout. Learning Solutions are delivered in partnership with our members and engages business leaders to role model support and encourage lively debate and conversation. Our Learning Sessions have been delivered in countries across the USA, UK, Europe and Asia Pacific regions and is tailored according to the region.

LGBT Great Corporate Members have one learning session credit as part of their membership. This credit can be utilised for the delivery of one CPD-accredited learning session open to all your colleagues.
