Overview

In this awareness session, LGBT Great explores the fundamental building blocks of employee resource groups, from the stage of inception to full maturity. We further discuss the typical challenges faced by such groups and ways to mitigate them effectively while maintaining momentum, giving attendees the 5 pillars that contribute to an ERG’s success.

Learning Outcomes for Attendees:

  • The Importance of DE&I: Attain data-driven insights on the importance of DE&I in 2025 from an LGBTQ+ and intersectional lens. (~10 minutes)
     
  • iiBT Explorations: Peruse DE&I strategies using data from LGBT Great’s proprietary inclusion benchmarking tool. (~15 mins)
  •  
  • 5-pillar Strategy: Gain insight into the 5 pillars that contribute to the success of an ERG. (~15 mins)
     
  • A Blueprint: Discover a 7-step actionable blueprint outlining the E2E ERG maturity journey with challenge mitigation strategies. (~15 mins)
     
  • Dedicated Q/A: A dedicated Q/A slot at the end of the session. (~5 mins)

 

Length: 45-60 minutes

Format:  Zoom/Teams Webinar, PowerPoint Presentation with live Q&A, chat and live polling. (In-Person sessions available on-demand)
