Operations Director - Americas at Xenomorph
About
Bio: Najlaa Noonan is the Operations Director at Xenomorph Software, Inc. and founder of the Xenomorph Community Outreach Program. Najlaa has been living in the US for the past two years but was raised in Liverpool, where she studied Law at University before moving to London and beginning her career in Finance 13 years ago.
At Xenomorph, Najlaa is responsible for all matters pertaining to operations in the Americas, while also providing additional oversight to the London office. Prior to working with Xenomorph, Najlaa spent eight years at Man Group where she held a number of operational management roles.
Since joining Xenomorph Najlaa has established a Community Outreach Program, focused on encouraging employees to actively service the community they live and work in. For the program Najlaa identifies a broad spectrum of volunteer initiatives and charitable sponsorship globally. As her family originates from Morocco, where 90% of women in rural areas are illiterate, Najlaa emphasizes the need for education and mentorship.
Najlaa comments: "I am a proud ally of the LGBT+ community, and believe that it takes incredible courage to live your life with authenticity, both in the workplace and at home. Inclusivity is not something that just happens, it occurs through constant education and a willingness to embrace diversity and reject discrimination. My dream is that by the time my own children enter the workplace they will always be their authentic self, as this has not always been possible for me. I am both proud and honored to represent Xenomorph as a role model in Project 1000 - and Xenomorph is equally proud to support me in this regard."
