What is LGBT Great's Top 100 Executive Allies?
The Top 100 Executive Allies is a Project 1000 initiative. The programme seeks to recognise and celebrate senior leaders in financial services and business around the world, who have used their platform, influence, and role, to ally and sponsor Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
Why is LGBT Great driving this important initiative?
Allies help to create and build environments where talent from all backgrounds feel supported and empowered. Our ambition is to encourage more authentic and deliberate acts of allyship and sponsorship towards DEI everywhere. The visibility of supportive leaders and organisations, who champion DEI, has a lasting and real-world impact.
How to become an LGBT Great Top 100 Executive Ally?
Applications are welcome from nominees directly or may be made on their behalf. All nominations are individually reviewed and scored by the LGBT Great judging panel based on clear evidence of excellence across these 4 criteria:
- Personal and professional achievements using their platform in the last 12 months.
- History of deliberate and sustained actions to empower others internally and/or externally.
- History of clear contributions to progressing diversity, equity and inclusion internally and externally.
- Clear commitments or ambitions around DE&I over the next 12 months.
Top Executive Allies will be announced at our End of Year Reception 2024!
