Mentoring is an effective way to support, empower and encourage minority talent. Participation in LGBT Great’s industry-focused LGBT+ mentoring programme is a quantifiable way of increasing organisational commitment to the community and enrich learning.
The programme works by connecting mentees with mentors (LGBT+ and allies) across different organisations and regions around the world. The programme also serves a reverse mentoring opportunity to find out more about the experience of walking in an LGBT+ person's shoes.
