Bio: Jasmine Chung works as a Senior Manager, Talent Development & Learning at Fidelity International. She is also the regional co-lead for the LGBT+ network in Hong Kong and a mental health champion.
As a regional co-lead of the LGBT+ network in Hong Kong in Fidelity International, Jasmine has been privileged to work alongside the Network Chairs and regional leads and passionate volunteers to drive change and promote equality. The network serves as a safe and supportive space for LGBT+ employees and allies with the aim to create an inclusive culture for all employees. By raising awareness, celebrating LGBT+ dates, providing resources and networking opportunities as well as education to foster understanding among colleagues and the wider community. Jasmine believes that fostering an inclusive environment is not only the right thing to do, but it also drives innovation and organisational success.
