I've worked for many years in both Asset Management and Education. Starting my career on the job rather than through the education route has helped me bring a unique perspective and approach to problem-solving. I specialise in taking ideas through from generation to implementation and have been fortunate to work with amazing teams which have helped me grow my leadership skills. My current focus is innovation, using technology like Generative AI to help shape the future of how we work. I hope to use my experience and knowledge to help others in the LGBTQ+ community to grow and develop, or even just provide a supportive ear to help navigate the trickier elements of the working world.
