Bio: Julian is a qualified actuary based in the City of London, with 16 years' experience working in pensions. Julian helps to run a specialist consulting team of around 20 who rectify final salary benefits that need correcting - in particular addressing a problem relating to historic sex discrimination in how most people's pensions have been calculated. Outside work Julian is a keen runner with the London Frontrunners, the biggest LGBT sporting organisation in Europe. Julian is a also a huge music fan and sing in a number of choirs.
