About
Bio: Christopher started his career in the financial services industry in 2010. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he led a variety of teams and programs of work in support of the institutional trading desk at Morgan Stanley. He joined T. Rowe Price in 2019 and continued to deliver on strategic projects while in the Enterprise Change Office before moving to a role in Global Investment Operations, Business & Product Delivery where he was responsible for driving innovation and delivering transformation in support of new product launches, complex client onboardings, capability development, and other key business initiatives across disciplines and throughout the enterprise.
Today, Christopher works in T. Rowe Price's Global Distribution Division as Lead Manager for USI/RPS Sales Capabilities within Global Sales Management; leading sales discipline and process innovation initiatives across the enterprise.
Christopher has served as Chair of PRIDE@T. Rowe Price Business Resource Group (BRG) since January of 2023. Prior to assuming the Chair role, Christopher served as the Co-Chair of PRIDE@T. Rowe Price from January-December of 2022. The PRIDE @T. Rowe Price BRG is a global group with leadership structure and governance in all three regions in which our firm operates (US, EMEA, and APAC). Christopher serves as the lead for all the regions, working closely with counterparts in EMEA and APAC to ensure that the objectives and programming of the BRG is aligned.
In additional to ensuring strong alignment in strategy across regions, Christopher has participated in global programing as a speaker and recently participated in a Pride month panel discussion in our APAC region focused on microaggressions and microaffirmations. Christopher was able to demonstrate his ability to collaborate and influence LGBTQ+ inclusion on a global level. During his tenure, the PRIDE@ T. Rowe Price BRG has grown to 1500+ members (as of 6/30/2023). Christopher has led the expansion of the PRIDE BRG into T.Rowe Price's New York City location and oversaw the implementation of a Parents and Caregivers sub-chapter. The Parents and Caregivers sub-chapter provides support, resources, and connection for LGBTQ+ parents and caregivers and the parents and caregivers of LGBTQ+ children. Christopher has also worked to conduct outreach and connect with LGBTQ+ focused BRG's/ERG's at other organizations in the area.
