Bio: Steve has over 35 years of experience in Financial Services including Fintech, Pensions and Investment. He is a seasoned business leader and entrepreneur who is passionate about helping people maximise their retirement. He is currently the Managing Director of Pension Potential, a digital at-retirement guidance and advice solution that empowers pension scheme members to make informed decisions about their retirement.
Steve is also a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Management Institute (CMgr CCMI), a prestigious credential that recognises his outstanding leadership and management skills. He is a prolific writer and speaker on intergenerational working, retirement, and older worker business management issues, and has published several business books on inclusive culture. He is committed to developing an inclusive culture in the workplace, where people of all ages and backgrounds can thrive and contribute.
Steve is a long-term supporter of the Diversity Project through the Advisory Council, Co-Lead 50+ resource group and Co-Investigator for the Leadership Collaboratory. He is a Board Trustee and RemCo Chair for the Centre for Ageing Better and is also a Visiting Industrial Fellow at Oxford Brookes Business School supporting students and staff on topics around equality, diversity and inclusion.
