About
Bio: Patrick joined MFS in 2002 and assumed his current role as Director of Client Service and Business Administration in 2019 having previously worked in relationship management and operations roles at MFS. Prior to joining MFS, he was Client Service Manager for Govett Investments Limited.
Patrick grew up in the west of Ireland and studied at University College Dublin. After completing a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology, he spent time in New Zealand and in the Channel Islands before moving to London in 1999. He now lives in Twickenham with his husband Stephen. Patrick is a member of MFS' EMEA Diversity Committee which is lead from MFS' London office looking at initiatives aiming to improve all aspects of diversity & inclusion in the workplace.
Patrick says: "Growing up in a rural community in the West of Ireland, there were very few role models for an LGBT+ person to look to for guidance or inspiration. I know how isolating that can be and how important it is for all people to see diversity all around them and to feel included in whatever space they occupy in life, and that applies even more so in the workplace".
