About
Bio: Duncan heads up Human Capital at Investec Asset Management. In this role, he is responsible for all people-related matters in the firm including individual, team, leader and organisation development.
Duncan joined Investec Asset Management in 1997, originally heading the Advisor channel in South Africa and then developing the UK advisor business. He moved into his current role and became a member of the Global Executive Committee in September 2018.
Duncan holds a Doctorate in Organisational Behaviour from the Weatherhead School of Management, an MBA from IMD, a LLB (Dean's Merit List) and a Bachelor of Social Science (majors in Psychology and Economics) from the University of Cape Town. His academic research focuses on leadership and the psychology of leadership.
