About
Bio: Nikitas joined DWS in January 2017 to lead the separation from Deutsche Bank ahead of DWS' IPO in March 2018. In his current role as head of the UK, Nikitas instigated the creation of a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program with six networks, including LGBTQ+. The program forms one of the core pillars of the DWS UK people strategy. Previously, Nikitas worked in Deutsche Bank for 13 years, where he held client-facing, strategy and COO roles in Germany and the United Kingdom. He represents DWS in a number of industry bodies and initiatives, such as the Investment Association and the Diversity Project.
