Bio: Sean has worked in the financial services industry for 19 years. Before financial services, he served as an Officer in British Army in a variety of locations and roles. Now Head of UK Intermediary Business for Canaccord Genuity Wealth, an Internationally focused Canadian firm and based in the City of London. Leads a team of specialists who work closely with private clients, Charities, dedicated intermediaries, Law firms, Accountants & Family advisers. Multi asset specialist with global focus from previously held positions at UBS, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.
Throughout his career, Sean has always given time to help others understand the benefits of Diversity & Inclusion and the benefits & Value to business. This work has led to trustee & advisory board positions at several charities and as an Ambassador at Men for Inclusion and an Ambassador for the City based Diversity Project itself, recognized with a Diversity Champion Award in 2020. Having been part of inaugural Finance-led Diversity groups at several International banks and a thought leader in the City Veterans space he has a wealth of knowledge as an LGBT+ Ally. He is also an advocate and supporter of ESG & STEM projects in the City and beyond.
Enjoys the countryside, motorsport and a very unruly Labrador called Daisy.
