Bio: Jersey born James joined Brooks Macdonald as a Senior Investment Manager in 2021. He provides investment advice to private clients, trustees and financial advisers. He also participates in Brooks Macdonald's investment and research committees, and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. James is also a mentor on the LGBT Great Mentoring programme.
Prior to Brooks Macdonald, James has worked in the industry for over fifteen years, where he has managed portfolios of high net worth international clients, providing wealth management advice.
James feels that visibility is important in the workplace, as it creates environments where all people can better see themselves represented. This is equally important for other employees and from a client perspective, and supports the development of a more inclusive working environment.
