Bio: Jade is a Business Services Administrator within the Security and Property team at Quilter. Jade is an active member of Quilter’s ‘Together with Pride’ network and works hard co-ordinating all events and network meetings, also ensuring that the building is decorated and lit up during significant times, to reflect Quilter's Pride community.
Jade has helped to deliver Quilter’s Colleague Appreciation Day and has attended and supported the organisation of Southampton Pride since joining the network. Jade has also worked alongside Quilter’s previous TWP chair to set up a welcome event for Southampton Pride, which allows Quilter colleagues and their friends and family members to meet and celebrate together beforehand.
Jade helped to achieve LGBT Great's iiBT Gold Standard accreditation by gathering evidence from her business area and is fully committed to helping Quilter achieve Gold Standard again in the iiBT LGBT Great award.
