Bio: Matt Garvey is the CEO of an LGBT+ inclusion charity called Diversity Role Models. They take volunteer role models into education to build acceptance, awareness and empathy among young people. Most of Matt's professional life has been in post 16 education at senior levels.

Matt has championed the creation of a Trans & Non Binary Employee Support Group.

Matt said: "It is vital that young people see positive role models from the community and see it is possible to be both out and successful in work."
