About
Bio: Ross is a Lead Business Analyst at Global Shares, which he joined in 2019. Ross is passionate about the intersection between technology and financial services. In his current role, he supports the strategic deliverables of Global Shares, whilst also playing a pivotal role in the expansion of the global team of Business Analysts.
Ross is a founding member of the GS Diversity & Inclusion subgroup, which sits within the broader employee wellness program, Global Cares. Ross has played an instrumental role in defining the strategic pillars of the ERG, which were LGBT+ and Neurodiversity, and in catalysing conversations around these topics both personally and through organising speaker events. Ross spearheaded the organisation-wide push for pronouns to be included on email signatures, which is set to be launched in May 2022.
