About
Bio: Chris is a Forensic Accountant within the FRC’s Enforcement Division.
Outside of this role, Chris is the co-chair of the FRC’s Pride network and a Diversity and Inclusion Committee member. Here, Chris has been instrumental in redesigning and transforming the group from an informal employee working group to a fully-fledged employee network, overseeing the re-brand to the PRIDE network. Chris was pivotal in bridging the gap between senior sponsors and the committee and has worked with them to identify and fill LGBT+ policy gaps. Chris primarily focuses on initiatives to further inclusion at the FRC, such as developing a transitioning at work policy. As Chris sees it, diversity is being invited to the party, but inclusivity is being asked to dance, and he really likes dancing!
Outside of work, Chris volunteers with Diversity Role Models delivering homophobia workshops in secondary schools in London. At the weekends, Chris can be found frequenting the cabaret bars of South London – as he’s a big fan of Drag!
