Bio: Hollie joined Janus Henderson in August 2017, working for Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams, as a Trainee (part of Investment2020) straight out of university. The Trainee scheme is an excellent method the industry is using to attract and onboard new and diverse talent. Through the Trainee programme, Hollie was developed constantly. Janus Henderson provided her with such an insight into the industry and HR, and paid for the study of two professional qualifications to date.

Hollie says: “I like to play a pro-active role within the firm on the DE&I front, sitting on the JHI Pride Network Committee and within the Network as an Ally; but also in my role on the Talent team. We feel DE&I is an extremely important aspect of who we are as a firm.

I met LGBT Great in 2019, which is when my involvement with the JHI Pride Network peaked. Their organisation is excellent - visibility within the industry is vital for us to succeed in attracting diverse talent pools.”
