Bio: Tom Kazmierczak is a vice president and Global Product Channel Manager at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. As a leader, Tom advocates for a diverse and inclusive workforce that can ultimately lead to better outcomes for the firm's clients. He believes that diversity and inclusion should be a business imperative for firms seeking to thrive in today's marketplace. Tom also strives to be a role model for other LGBTQ+ associates so that they, too, can feel comfortable bringing their full selves to work.

Tom has been with the firm since 1992. Prior to his current role, Tom was head of T. Rowe Price Advisory Services, responsible for the development, oversight, and delivery of investment advice offers for the firm's direct-to-consumer segment in the United States. He also previously had oversight of Individual Investors' products and services, including retirement and college savings plans, and spearheaded the establishment of T. Rowe Price's first business resource group, PRIDE @ T. Rowe Price.

Tom earned a B.S.B.A. in finance from Duquesne University and an M.B.A. from Loyola University Maryland. He is also heavily involved in the local Baltimore, MD, community. He currently serves on the Board of Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc., and supports a number of LGBT+ non-profit organisations.
