Matt holds a BA (Hons) degree in History from the University of Birmingham and started his career working with the investment industry in 2009. In 2015 he co-launched The Ocean Partnership, a recruitment and inclusion firm dedicated to investment industry. His team partners with over 40 firms globally to help increase people diversity and encourage the adoption of more inclusive cultures.
