Simon Davis is seasoned in the financial services industry, with extensive experience in strategy, growth, and transformation across leading organisations such as M&G, SS&C, Brooks Macdonald, and HSBC. Passionate about driving meaningful change, Simon specialises in helping businesses achieve sustainable growth by aligning strategic vision with operational excellence.

Simon joined LGBT Great in 2025 to support the organisation in shaping its 2025–2028 vision and growth strategy. His focus includes enhancing governance, driving operational improvements, and mentoring the team. With a deep commitment to creating inclusive spaces and fostering impactful change, Simon brings both expertise and a personal drive to advance LGBT+ representation and support within the financial and professional services sectors.

Outside of work, Simon is the founder of Tyton, a multifaceted consultancy that encompasses finance, coaching, and innovative ventures. Simon is a proud advocate for mental health and well-being, often sharing his own journey to encourage open conversations.
