Dafydd is an experienced Executive Assistant and joined LGBT Great in March 2025, after 6 years at Unilever where he held many senior roles. Before this Dafydd worked for other organisations within the financial services industry.

Outside of the office, Dafydd is actively involved with several organisations in a voluntary capacity including the charity Bowel Cancer UK as a Patient Voice, NHS Volunteer Responder and Chairman of The Chestnuts Surgery (Sittingbourne) PPG (Patient Participation Group)

Dafydd lives in Kent with his one-eyed pug Harold Bishop, cat Barri and rabbits Jay-Z and Snow.
