Dafydd Farr-Jones is an experienced Executive Assistant who joined LGBT Great in March 2025, following six successful years at Unilever where he held several senior roles. Prior to that, Dafydd built his career in the financial services sector, working with a range of organisations.

Outside of work, Dafydd is deeply committed to voluntary service. He lends his voice to Bowel Cancer UK as a Patient Voice, serves as Chairman of the Chestnuts Surgery Patient Participation Group in Sittingbourne, and contributes to the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute’s Research Panel, founded by Martin Lewis.

Dafydd lives in Kent with his one-eyed pug, Harold Bishop, his cat Barri, and two rabbits, Jay-Z and Snow.
