Women of Impact

What is the Women of Impact programme?  

The Women of Impact programme, in partnership with Fidelity International, is an initiative created to raise the visibility and celebrate the achievements of LGBTQ+ women in the workplace. Elevating the voices of LGBTQ+ women, sparking conversations and generating vital insights, the Women of Impact programme answers a clear call from the community: that the visibility of LGBTQ+ women in the workplace must improve. The campaign comprises four main parts:  

1. Our Women of Impact list highlighting the LGBTQ+ women who are making meaningful differences in their workplaces  
2. An editorial series comprising interviews focussing on the personal stories of leading LGBTQ+ women  
3. The Women of Impact Roundtable  
4. The Women of Impact Insights Report detailing the challenges LGBTQ+ women face in the workplace and the practical measures that can be taken to alleviate them
