Those featured are not just excelling in their roles. They are helping to build more human, connected and high‑performing workplace cultures, where people feel seen, valued and part of something bigger. The 2026 list will be revealed live at Do Something Great: LIVE, positioning the Gamechangers as a visible benchmark for inspiring leadership in action.

Gamechanger Framework

Individuals featured are selected through community recommendations, organisational insight and editorial review, guided by three core leadership qualities:

  1. Leadership – Supporting Others to Succeed: Helps to remove barriers and open opportunities, championing shared success.
  2. Optimism – Using Voice with Purpose: Helps to leverage visibility to create impact and trust, showing up with courage and optimism.
  3. Empowerment – Building Community and Belonging: Helps to strengthens connection, psychological safety and shared responsibility across teams and communities.

  • Recommendations Close: 30 August 2026
  • Top 100 Gamechangers 2026 Announced and Published: 10 November 2026 – at Do Something Great: LIVE
