LGBT Great Welcomes David Kim as Relationship Management and Business Development Manager

LGBT Great is thrilled to announce the appointment of David Kim (he/him) as our new Relationship Management and Business Development Manager, effective 1st June 2025.

David joins us from Stonewall, where he played a pivotal role in expanding corporate partnerships and delivering impactful initiatives. With a career spanning roles at the Overseas Development Institute, Itad, and Study Group, David brings a wealth of experience in strategic relationship management, business development, and workplace inclusion. He holds degrees from King’s College London and the University of Sussex and completed his legal training at the University of Law.

David was selected for his exceptional track record in workplace inclusion, diagnostics, and client engagement. His appointment comes at a time of exciting growth for LGBT Great, and he will play a central role in supporting our members, enhancing client experience, and advising on inclusion and belonging strategies.
