LGBT Great Partners with Trans Inclusion Experts Global Butterflies

LGBT Great is pleased to announce a partnership with Global Butterflies, a consultancy that provides support to businesses around trans & non-binary inclusion.

Global Butterflies was founded in 2015 by Rachel Reese, and since then has brought awareness, learning, and expertise to various sectors globally. Global Butterflies passionately believes that companies that undertake trans and non-binary inclusivity training will naturally perform better, as their whole workforce and competitiveness will be positivity affected.  Emma Cusdin, Aviva HR Director, joined Global Butterflies in 2016, bringing her experience of the insurance and investment industry.
