PRESS RELEASE
LGBT Great and Allied People Group Commissions “Leadership for Inclusion 2030” Research
Flagship global research set to redefine inclusive leadership in a rapidly changing world
London, UK – June 2026 – LGBT Great, in partnership with Allied People Group, has today launched Leadership for Inclusion 2030, a landmark global research programme unveiled as part of its Do Something Great Pride Campaign 2026.
At a pivotal moment for organisations worldwide, the study will explore how leadership can strengthen organisational cohesion and human connection in response to rising complexity, workplace disengagement, and accelerating technological change.
As Pride Month shines a global spotlight on inclusion and allyship, the research positions leadership at the heart of progress — moving the conversation beyond intent toward measurable impact and sustainable performance.
Why This Matters Now
Organisations today are navigating a convergence of challenges: declining employee engagement, increasing polarisation, challenges on human rights, evolving workforce expectations, and the growing influence of artificial intelligence. Leaders are under pressure to deliver commercial outcomes while also creating environments defined by trust, belonging, and clarity.
At the same time, many organisations are reassessing the role and relevance of inclusion in driving business success. Leadership for Inclusion 2030 responds directly to this moment — offering a timely, evidence-based perspective on how organisations can strengthen leadership capability, align their workforce, and unlock the full potential of their people and workplace communities.
Who This Is For
This research is designed to bring together stakeholders across all levels of the organisation — from boards and executives to HR, inclusion professionals, and employee community leaders.
By building cohesion across these groups, the study will equip organisations with clear, actionable insights and practical tools to navigate complexity, strengthen trust, and future-proof leadership for inclusion across global workplaces.
What the Research Will Examine
At its core, the study will explore the increasing pressure facing inclusion efforts and how leadership must evolve in response. It will examine how leadership for inclusion can strengthen trust, alignment, and engagement across diverse and distributed teams, while assessing current practices and identifying critical gaps.
Particular focus will be placed on the role of ally-led leadership, employee communities, and senior leadership sponsorship in driving engagement outcomes. The research will also examine how leaders can balance human-centred leadership with technological acceleration, particularly as AI continues to reshape organisations and the future of work.
By combining proprietary insights, industry perspectives, and contributions from senior leaders, the report will develop a forward-looking vision for leadership in 2030 — grounded in both commercial credibility and human connection.
What’s Next
The findings of Leadership for Inclusion 2030 will be unveiled at a dedicated convening of global leaders and organisations, at Nomura in London on November 10th creating a platform for dialogue, shared insight, and practical action.
