🏳️⚧️2 – EHRC Open Letter: Read LGBT Great's open letter response here to the EHRC’s consultation on the revised Code of Practice following the UK Supreme Court ruling in For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers (April 2025). We are deeply concerned about the revised guidance’s impact on transgender and intersex people and the organisations supporting them.
