About
Bio: Mandy Maskell is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, and Head of Associate Engagement and Corporate Responsibility for the EMEA and APAC regions. Mandy is a founding member of T. Rowe Price's women's and LGBTQ+ business resource groups, WAVE @ T. Rowe Price and Pride @ T. Rowe Price and is currently a member of T. Rowe Price's Diversity and Inclusion Operating Council.
Mandy is responsible for driving employee experience programmes, and community-based volunteer engagement in Europe and for the Asia Pacific region. She drives and implements initiatives that engage, inspire and retain associates across the region. Mandy is instrumental in driving the firm's regional Diversity and Inclusion agenda and advises leadership on workplace culture, associate experience and inclusion.
Prior to her current role, she was the Group Manager of Internal Business Services and has been with the firm for more than 25 years. Mandy left formal education at the age of 16 and despite having an unconventional background, she has successfully grown her career. She is actively involved in the community and because of her personal experience, in 2014 she formalised an apprenticeship scheme at the firm in London, which provides talented and diverse individuals, a route to employment and career development at T. Rowe Price.
