Bio: Jess McNicholas is Managing Director Inclusion, Diversity and Corporate Citizenship for the Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Jess oversees State Street's inclusion diversity, employee engagement and corporate citizenship program across the region supporting an environment where all employees feel valued, engaged, and respected. In addition, managing and understanding how our inclusion, diversity and talent strategies align with State Street Corporate Citizenship focus on education and workforce development strategy to bring added value to State Street and its communities.
A key component of Jess's remit is leveraging our employee base to make a positive impact in our local communities and embedding the Corporate Responsibility strategy into the DNA of the organization. Jess is a member of State Street EMEA Global HR Leadership Team and is based on London and manages a team based in UK, Ireland and Poland.
Prior to joining State Street Jess was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities Services Division. Jess headed the European Business Support with teams in London and Frankfurt responsible for providing support services to new business sales team in Europe.
Jess is married with one daughter and lives in London.
