Under his leadership, the firm has accelerated its societal efforts and has recently overseen a collective effort to raise funds for those adversely impacted by Covid-19. Andrew is a member of the Diversity Project's CEO Advisory Council and is delighted to be recognised as an LGBT Great Top 100 Executive Ally.

He comments: "I am an LGBT+ ally to help increase support, raise awareness, increase empathy and broaden perspectives. Being an ally means working together to develop greater understanding and empathy for others so that we can create a truly inclusive society. As leaders, it is incumbent upon us to role model the behaviours we wish to see in others, we must lead by example. I consider being a good ally to be first and foremost about taking the time to listen and develop our awareness so that we might not only improve our own understanding but also help to develop that understanding in others. SJP is proud to be a part of this campaign and we look forward to continuing our work with LGBT Great to help develop visible support and advocacy for the LGBT+ Community."
