Bio: Andra Purkalitis is Global Chief Compliance Officer and Regulatory Counsel at Russell Investments. She is the Global Diversity and Inclusion Executive Sponsor for the firm and an active supporter of the LGBT+ network. Andra has been actively involved in putting a "good citizen" performance objective in place for all of the firm's associates, encouraging support for diversity initiatives and actions. She also previously worked in enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Andra holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Nebraska and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law, where she was also an adjunct professor.
