About
Bio: Zoe is Deputy CEO and Board Director at Redington Ltd, and has been with the firm since 2017. Zoe is responsible for strategy through to client experience across Redington's client base, and is proud of the firm's culture of continuous learning reflected in its world class Net Promoter Score.
Prior to joining Redington, Zoe spent 14 years at AON. She sat on the UK Investment Advisory Practice Management Team, and was Investment Consultant to a variety of pension schemes including one of the world's largest institutional investors. Zoe holds a BSc in Mathematics from Kings College London, and is a CFA Charterholder.
Zoe has a real passion for helping others to learn and grow, and is a mentor within the firm and across a number of formal programmes including Leaders Plus and upReach. She is particularly interested in creating the right work environment and culture to help develop and recognise diverse talent, and believes that visible role models are a key aspect to achieving this.
Outside of work she is kept very busy looking after her two children, and at the weekend can often be found at the side of a football or cricket pitch!
