Bio: Steven has almost 18 years' experience in the financial services and investment management sector. He has spent time with Lloyds Banking Group, the financial planning network and discretionary investment manager, Beaufort Group and St. James's Place Wealth Management. Steven has recently joined Reddings Wealth Management, a partner practice of St. James's Wealth Management as Head of Relationship Management.
Steven feels lucky to have worked in a number of progressive, forward-thinking companies that have chosen to promote equality and diversity in their organisations. He acknowledges that this is not the case for everyone and believes even in his case, that having a strong support network on joining the industry would help people feel more comfortable and open to being themselves.
Over the years Steven has learnt the benefits of being truly open and authentic at work and now focuses on building genuine and honest connections with those in and outside the workplace. He is lucky to be working in a very open and inclusive team that fully embraced him as an individual.
