About
Bio: Eric is Senior Counsel for RBC Global Asset Management in the UK and is a member of the RBC Law Group. Eric is responsible for all legal matters for the RBC GAM UK business including Brexit strategy, IMA negotiation, managing external counsel, and general legal advice. Eric is also a member of the Law Group Climate Change working group, and serves as Chair for RBC GAM UK's Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
Before joining RBC in early 2020, Eric was Senior Legal Counsel for a global investment management firm in London where he provided legal support to the EMEA and Asia Investment businesses. Prior to that, Eric was legal counsel at a Swiss wealth management firm for several years, most recently working in the legal products team in London. Eric began his career in investment banking within the private equity division of a US investment bank in London.
