Bio: Lynzi joined Novia Financial and Wealthtime in December 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for Transformation and Change, Adviser and Customer Operations, Facilities Management, 1st line Operational Risk, CASS, Novia Charitable works, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and the COO People Engagement and Strategy.

Lynzi is passionate about inclusion and diversity and has been instrumental in supporting many initiatives throughout her career including the Women's Network at Quilter plc and the Inclusion and Diversity programme at LV=. Prior to her current role at Novia Financial - Lynzi was MD and Customer Champion for LV= and Operations Director at Quilter (previous Old Mutual Wealth) where she led a diverse award-winning team. Lynzi is also a Non-Executive Director TeX and holds a MSc from Winchester University in Human Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford University. Lynzi is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Chartered Member of Institute of Securities and Investment.
