Bio: Evan is the Head of Liquid Product Legal at Man Group and is responsible for the management and oversight of legal and regulatory matters related to the firm's range of liquid investment products. An American based in London for over 10 years, Evan leads a team of lawyers based in New York and London and is committed to driving team development, collaboration operational change using technology. Before joining Man Group, Evan served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Amber Capital. Prior to that, he held senior roles at BTG Pactual and at AllianceBernstein.

Evan began his career at the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York, within the Investment Management Group. He holds a J.D. and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Evan is an active member of Tech Champions, Man Group's power-user team designed to drive technology service offerings and of PRIDE@Man, Man Group's LGBT+ network. He is passionate about promoting LGBT+ diversity and inclusion internally within Man Group and externally across Man Group's legal service providers.

Evan is committed to leveraging his professional skills to contribute to and promote LGBT+ diversity in the community. Evan was previously a member of the launch committee for UK Gaingels, a mission-based affinity organisation which leverages investment in companies that have at least one LGBT executive or founder, and, when he lived in New York, he did pro bono legal work for the Ali Forney Center, a charity supporting homeless LGBT youth.
