Bio: Mathieu Baudrez joined Pantheon Ventures in 2021 as a Senior Associate. Pantheon is an experienced investor in private equity, infrastructure & real assets, and private credit. They’re committed to the diversity of their people and that practice fuels the power of Pantheon’s innovation and success. Mathieu has spent the last 10 years of his career working within the financial services sector, and the last 5 years in Asset Management specifically. He holds a degree in political sciences and law and has recently completed intensive courses on the Science of Wellbeing at Yale University and D&I at University of Pennsylvania.

Mathieu is active member of his organisation's ethnicity and LGBT+ workstreams and has been involved in several external diversity and inclusion initiatives over the past 5 years which support diverse talent access careers within the investment management industry, including UpReach, Investment 20/20, 10,000 Black Interns and The Social Mobility Foundation. Mathieu is a member of the steering committee at the diversity Project.
Pantheon is also part of Out Investors and InterInvest which seeks to drive LGBT+ equality and inclusion across the investment industry in the UK, and recently assisted with designing InterInvest's LGBT+ allyship training programme. Pantheon has been recognised by a number of industry awards including The Private Equity Awards when Pantheon was names Diversity and Inclusion leader of the Year ( LP ).
