Bio: Christopher is Co-Head of Investment Communications at Legg Mason where he focuses on global marketing operations. Prior to his current role at Legg Mason, Christopher led marketing quality initiatives at Citigroup Asset Management and Salomon Smith Barney. He has a degree in Speech Communications from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a minor in French.
Christopher is budget coordinator, former chair and founder of LEAD, Legg Mason's LGBTQ+ Employees and Allies for Diversity employee resource group and he is passionate about supporting the advancement of LGBT+ rights in the financial services industry and beyond. Christopher's priorities for LEAD include delivering senior leadership and allies training across the firm, exploring intersectionality with other employee groups, expanding LEAD's global reach, and supporting LEAD's many networking and educational events.
