About
Bio: Jovan Marconi is the Head of Investment Technology at Legal & General Investment Management America (LGIMA). In his role, he is responsible for promoting and facilitating collaboration and technology best practices in fund management across LGIMA's investment teams, including managing technology projects and implementing both strategic and tactical solutions.
Jovan joined LGIMA in 2015 as Lead Solutions Analyst and was promoted to Manager, Business Architecture in 2016. Prior to this, he held various positions at Invesco, including Team Lead - Business Analyst, Project Manager. In addition, he held positions at AEGON Asset Management and Mercer Investment Consulting.
Jovan is a founding Board Member of Out in Finance, an organization that unites individuals across the financial services industry to drive LGBTQ+ inclusion and equality. In addition to his work with Out in Finance, Jovan also serves as the Committee Chair of LGIMA's Culture Working Group and Committee Co-chair of the firm's Technology and Innovation Working Group. As Committee Chair for the LGIMA Culture Working Group, Jovan promotes diversity and inclusion across the organization as he is passionate about improving LGBTQ+ inclusion and visibility within the Financial Services industry. Jovan is involved in building partnerships within the industry, at universities, and within the community to help change perceptions of the financial services industry. He is passionate about improving inclusion and equality for all, and excited to support efforts to make a positive change in Chicago. In 2019, Jovan Marconi was nominated for the Legal and General Chairman's Award for his work with Out in Finance.
