Bio: As Chief of Staff at Legal & General Investment Management, and a member of the Management Committee, Rhodri is a strong supporter of the firm's focus on diversity & inclusion.
Rhodri's role is to lead our Product, Business Change, Investment Strategy Management, Global Analytics and Investment Oversight teams. He joined the firm in March 2016 following a series of Product leadership roles at M&G, BlackRock and Hermes Investment Management. He graduated from Cambridge University in 1997 with a degree in the Social & Political Sciences and is a trustee at RedSTART, a charity committed to educating one million young people in personal finance by 2025.
Rhodri has been impressed at Legal & General's commitment to creating an environment where people can bring their whole selves to work.
