Charlie completed his GCSES and A levels at a comprehensive school and then went on to achieve a Masters in Natural Sciences, specializing in Astrophysics, at the University of Cambridge. He believes that he has got to where he is today as a result of focusing on what he most enjoys inside and outside of work. In his spare time he enjoys walking, running, cycling, wild swimming and free diving. He also loves music and has played guitar for a long time! Most recently, he has been learning how to DJ. Creating a healthy work-life balance is one he believe in strongly.
Charlie was first motivated to support the LGBT+ equality and inclusion in his firm when he became aware of LCP's employee resource group. He believes that everyone should feel comfortable being themselves and not spend time and energy thinking about what other people think about them. He is proud to work for an firm which has created an empowering enviroment where all talent can thrive.
Charlie comments that:
"I am proud to be a Project 1000 Role Model because I want to do what I can to make sure that everyone feels included and welcome at LCP and in our industry overall".
