About
Bio: Anthony is Director of the Global Distribution Business Administration, Governance & Controls team at BNY Mellon Investment Management; he supports the business in identifying and managing strategic and operational risks across key business processes, as well as driving complex business projects for the C-suite.
He is a member of PRISM, BNY Mellon’s Employee Resource Group which fosters an open and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ employees and their allies. He is also a member of InterInvest which drives LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion across the UK investment industry and supports similar initiatives globally.
Anthony believes that diversity is integral to the workplace. Diverse teams are more creative, collaborative and motivated, and achieve higher performance and stronger commercial outcomes. He has experienced less inclusive work environments, and understands first-hand the challenges that LGBTQ+ colleagues and other minority groups can face on a daily basis. Anthony is looking forward to continue to collaborate with LGBT Great and peer firms to further enhance inclusion within the industry.
Anthony began his career in financial services in 2006 with EY in Paris, France. He moved to London in 2012 and worked for Aviva Investors, Barclays Wealth and Investment Banking divisions, and Janus Henderson Investors.
He joined BNY Mellon Investment Management in December 2019 and holds a MSc in Management from ICN Business School in France.
