About
Anthony is Global Head of the Enterprise Risk Business Partners at Janus Henderson Investors; he supports the business in identifying and managing strategic and operational risks across key business processes.
He is also a member of the EMEA Diversity and Inclusion Forum, which he joined at the beginning of 2018. His current project is to establish and develop Janus Henderson Pride London, an employee resource group, to foster and engender a culture that supports LGBT+ employees at Janus Henderson and beyond.
Anthony believes that diversity is integral to the workplace. Diverse teams are more creative, collaborative and motivated, and have higher performance. He has experienced less inclusive work environments, and understands first-hand the challenges that LGBT+ colleagues and other minority groups can face on a daily basis. Anthony is looking forward to collaborating with peer firms to enhance the LGBT+ Janus Henderson Pride London network.
Anthony began his career in financial services in 2006 with EY in Paris. He moved to London in 2012 and worked for Aviva Investors; he has also worked at Barclays in their Wealth and Investment Management and Investment Banking divisions.
He joined Janus Henderson Investors in September 2015 and holds a MSc in Management from ICN Business School in France.
