About
Bio: My career has taken a number of twists and turns. I am now in the fortunate position of working part time in senior leadership roles that allow me to use the skills and experience I have gathered across that rather disparate career. I am the Chair of the Regulation Board of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, which regulates over 30,000 actuaries worldwide. I am also a non executive director of the General Pharmacy Council and the Valuation Tribunal Service.
In all those roles, being openly gay and authentic about who I am is central to my values and to the ethos that underpins what I am seeking to achieve in the workplace.
