About
Bio: Claire joined Fidelity in 2017 and is currently Global Head of Client Reporting. Day to day, Claire supports multiple business areas, stakeholders and leads an extended team of people. Prior to joining Fidelity Claire spent 12 years at Citibank and has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from University College Dublin.
Claire is passionate about building and leading inclusive teams with a diversity of people to create a really collaborative working environment. Claire looks to achieve this throughout the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment stage to ongoing development and support.
Claire supports the Global LGBT inclusion strategy as the LGBT+ Strand Co-Lead for Fidelity working closely with peers, senior management and HR partners to promote Fidelity’s inclusive and diverse culture. This involves representing Fidelity at internal and external LGBT+ themed events, developing the global LGBT+ network and ally network across Fidelity and ensuring Fidelity makes strong progress in external employer benchmarks supporting LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace.
Claire strongly supports an environment where people can be free to be themselves. Fundamental to her own success has been striving to be the best version of herself by staying through to her own values and living them.
