Claire is the Head of Relationship Management and Sales Enablement within the distribution function at Columbia Threadneedle Investments (CTI) where she has worked since 2020. Claire leads a team of professionals across the EMEA region and plays a key role in ensuring the firm builds strong relationships with clients and delivers service excellence. Prior to this, Claire worked for a Japanese investment management organisation within a European distribution role.
Over the last twenty plus years, Claire has worked in client facing roles within financial services and is strong supporter of diversity and inclusion and the benefits a diverse and inclusive environment brings to individuals and businesses alike. She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology degree from the University of Surrey and really enjoyed the people aspects of the degree. She is also passionate about the environment and water sports; her favourite pastime is paddleboarding!
