Bio: Monique is Partner, Head of Human Resources at BlueBay and joined the firm in May 2016.
Monique has over 25 years' HR experience; Head of Human Resources at Natixis in London, and previously held a variety of HR roles at Gartmore, Rabobank, Deutsche Bank and ING Barings. Monique holds a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Board member of BlueBay's US LLC and external board member of the City HR Association. She holds a BA (Hons) in European Administration.
Monique is a member of BlueBay's Management Committee and chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Forum.
