Bio: Monique is Global Head of HR at Arrow Global.
Based in London, she leads the Group HR function, partnering with senior leadership to deliver Arrow’s strategic growth agenda and providing oversight of people strategy, governance and operating frameworks across platforms and geographies.
Monique has over 25 years of international HR experience across asset management, investment banking and insurance. She has held senior roles including Chief People Officer at Rothesay and Control Risks, and Global Head of Human Resources at BlueBay Asset Management, where she was an FCA regulated Partner and a member of the Executive Committee.
Monique is an active role model and ally who strongly supports an environment where people feel able to be themselves and thrive.
