About
Bio: Gerry has built a wide-ranging career in the financial services industry globally, having worked in London, Singapore, Toronto, San Francisco and now New York, and held roles with global responsibility throughout his career. He has been a managing director for many years reflecting the scope of his responsibility and achievement and has worked for many distinguished financial institutions - including more recently Merrill Lynch and Bank of America.
Most recently, he has held a number of Chief Operating Officer roles where he has been operationally responsible for different Technology & Operations divisions in Bank of America.
Bank of America is a global leader in wealth management, corporate and investment banking and trading across a broad range of asset classes, serving corporations, governments, institutions and individuals around the world. As one of the most senior out' LGBTQ+ executive at Bank of America, he is executive sponsor for the bank's LGBTQ+ Pride Employee Network and advisor to the LGBTQ+ Executive Leadership Council.
He was recognised by OUTstanding and the Financial Times in 2016 and 2017 for his contributions and named on their global power list of Leading LGBTQ+ Global Executives and Ally professionals.
